Good with Dogs: Yes. Isn't a huge fan of male dogs that he feels he has to compete with.

Dino is a special boy in need of a compassionate family that understands the nuances of the Great Dane breed. He is need of a family that has patience for him and can shower him with the love and attention that he needs to know that the world is not such a scary place outside of his comfort zone. Dino is nervous upon first meeting and wants to disappear into a shadow of himself. He is quite fearful until he becomes accustomed the situation and the people that are around him. Once he's warmed up though, he is very playful and quite lazy. Because of this initial fear, we believe Dino would do best with past experience with this type of behavior and how to correct it. Dino has lived with dogs of much smaller sizes than himself including a bulldog as well as several cats. He has had kids of ages six and down around himself his whole life. Dino walks well on a leash and his preferred position in riding in a car is to hang his head out the window with the wind in his face and drool flapping in the breeze.

Fees are higher for dogs that came to us with additional things like professional training (i.e. service dog, working dog).
